LogiChain is a regional logistics company with 500+ vehicles. They manage routes, drivers, and deliveries across multiple depots. Their platform needed to handle real-time GPS tracking, route optimization, and integration with their legacy ERP.

The Problem

LogiChain was using spreadsheets and legacy software to manage routes, drivers, and deliveries. Dispatchers had no real-time visibility into vehicle locations. Route planning was manual and took hours.
